I am Lisa Meddin, the owner of Harmony Design Northwest. We are a busy landscape design business in Portland, Oregon.

When I first started talking with Eric my intention was to create a marketing funnel to bring in clients. Ideally, effortlessly and 24/7 … as he likes to say.

What I found, though, as we started working together …

… is that I didn’t have the internal capacity to handle the kind of growth in business that I really wanted. I’m a solopreneur, it’s just me.

And I was thinking, “Oh my goodness, what if this works? What am I going to do? I can’t scale up in time and then I would just implode.”

So, I took a step back from the marketing side. And started to talk to Eric about how to automate my internal processes …

… things I knew had to happen with every client from the moment we had our first contact …

… all the way through to the completion of their project.

What Eric really helped me with was finding the right technology. I’ve spent the past two months building out pretty much every process …

… from the moment I get a client or I talk to a client for the first time …

… or I get an inquiry …

… they are automatically funneled through the appropriate system. They get emails in a timely way. They’re pre-written. I can change them up anytime I want to.

But I know that I don’t have to think about the correct follow-up for every client at whatever stage of the process they’re in. That has been enormously freeing!

And now it’s given me time to actually bring on an assistant. It’s helped me see where I have gaps in my business and I have systematized those.

I’ve started writing an operation’s manual so when I hire more people, it’s all written out: People know what to do.

I have a training manual, essentially. And now I’ve been able to go on vacation!

My assistant knows exactly what to do, how to handle clients. She can send them through the process. I don’t actually have to be here! And it’s been really freeing!

Now we’re turning our attention to the marketing side of it because I have the internal capacity to handle the growth.

I really recommend working with Eric! Take the time to listen to what he has to say! It’s much more than just bringing in clients …

… He takes an approach that has made me think about my business holistically …

… where I want it to go …

… how I want to scale up …

… how I can keep the business running. But not, necessarily, have to be here in town to do it.

So, I do recommend Eric’s program! And I think you’ll see a real improvement in your business if you work with him.
